Stage 2 – Appraisal of your needs and how we will assist
* Appraise and discuss your requirements – what you want to achieve.
* Discuss your plans, your ideas and advise you
* Agree content, deliverables, what ABL Advisory will provide and the timing
Stage 3 – Progress
* Present our deliverables from Stage 2
* Discuss all issues arising, re-appraise if needed and agree next stage deliverables if applicable
* Agree content, deliverables, what ABL Advisory will provide and the timing
Stage 4 – Conclusion
* Present our deliverables from Stage 3
* Are we on track? - Discuss all our work so far, re-appraise if needed
* Agree Implementation schedule and timing of any outcomes - if appropriate
* Agree additional work and deliverables
* Agree "sign off" Close of assignment – agree ongoing monitoring if required/needed.
Stage 5 – Optional
* Non Executive Management services and Non Executive Directorship to manage your investment post acquisition.
